We have an in-house logistics team that manages the receipt, storage, shipping, and disposal of all test products and can handle most product formats from perishable goods to domestic appliances.

For clients that require either a fast turn around or real time feedback on product testing, we offer in-home usage testing with online survey completion. We can either recruit respondents from one of our online panel providers or use a face-2-face recruit with online completion.
